By registering an account, accessing, or using the taz888 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the taz888 Platform and close your account. taz888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. To register and maintain an account on taz888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by taz888 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or close family member of an employee of taz888 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• Your participation must not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. taz888 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any time to verify the information you have provided. Failure to supply requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. If taz888 identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, payment method, or household, all such accounts may be suspended and any balances or bonus credits within them forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taz888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or operate your account.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. taz888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify taz888 support immediately via Telegram at @taz888support. taz888 may, at its sole discretion, temporarily freeze your account pending investigation.

You must keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and associated payment method — up to date at all times. taz888 is not responsible for delays or failures in communications resulting from outdated contact information.

All financial transactions on the taz888 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). taz888 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your taz888 wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider. taz888 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. taz888 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks prior to processing. taz888 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that raise compliance concerns.

Bonus funds: Any bonus or promotional credit applied to your account is subject to the specific wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied. taz888 reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings if it determines that a user has abused a promotional offer or breached these Terms.

• Funds deposited must be used for gaming activity on the Platform. taz888 is not a money-transfer service.
• Deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in your name will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating account where technically possible.
• taz888 reserves the right to apply a processing fee to withdrawals in circumstances where a user deposits and withdraws funds repeatedly without generating sufficient gaming turnover.
• All currency amounts displayed on the Platform are in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All bets and wagers placed on the taz888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant game rules and accept the outcome as final once the bet has been settled.

Cricket and sports betting: Markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket competitions are offered subject to the availability of odds from our data providers. taz888 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any market in accordance with standard industry rules where an event is abandoned, postponed, or its result is determined to be irregular.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of outstanding balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or latency in game software or odds feeds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to circumvent the Platform's risk controls.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy any part of the taz888 Platform.
• Placing bets using funds derived from unlawful activity (money laundering).

taz888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a technical malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account wallet. Winnings generated from a known system error will not be honoured.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the taz888 Platform without prior written consent from taz888. Any unauthorised use may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taz888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

taz888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taz888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. taz888 shall not be liable for any interruption of service caused by maintenance, network failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages affecting services in Dhaka, Chittagong, or other parts of Bangladesh.

taz888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

taz888 employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

taz888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where taz888 determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity suggests fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of your account creates a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to taz888.
• You have requested self-exclusion or been placed on a responsible gaming cooling-off period.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances (net of any amounts subject to an active investigation) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any required identity verification.

You may close your taz888 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via Telegram at @taz888support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the ordinary course.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the taz888 Platform shall first be referred to taz888 customer support for informal resolution. taz888 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. taz888 is not obligated to participate in any external dispute resolution scheme unless required to do so by applicable law.

taz888 operates its Platform and these Terms in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure by taz888 to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any subsequent instance.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of taz888. taz888 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and taz888 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
